We are an Indianapolis based functional training studio focused on stretch therapy. Our Body Stretch Therapy service is designed to help you increase mobility, reduce soreness, and improve posture. By utilizing a series of carefully chosen stretches, our service helps to improve flexibility and range of motion, resulting in improved physical performance and overall wellbeing. Our goal is to make sure every client experiences increase function and quality of life with a focus on restoration and relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 50% cancellation fee for all appointments not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
